A 28-year-old government employee died after his motorcycle crashed into a truck parked in Barangay E. Lopez, Silay City, Negros Occidental on Thursday, October 12. Police Major Rhea Sarah Villanueva, officer-in-charge of the Silay City Police Station, said the victim left his house on board a motorcycle to go somewhere.
Villanueva said while he was traversing the access road, the victim failed to notice an early warning device and crashed into a truck parked in a well-lighted area.Despite wearing a helmet, the victim succumbed to severe head injuries, she added.related stories
