MANILA, Philippines: This year's top rookie pick Stephen Holt has played in the pro ranks long enough to know that one bad game doesn't necessarily define a player's season.The 31-year-old Holt struggled to get his game going in his keenly-awaited PBA debut with Terrafirma, making just two of his nine shots, while missing all five of his three-point attempts.
'I put in work my whole entire career. Being a pro, it's making adjustments. If my shot isn't falling, I still have to shoot it, and try to find ways to help the team out. Defensively, I thought I played pretty well.'Holt felt he'll have to be aggressive moving forward as he tries to supply the firepower the Dyip franchise needs to finally get over the hump after being out of playoff contention a season after season.
