Some areas in the Bicol Region and Mindanao experienced flooding and power outage over the weekend as heavy rains and strong winds prevailed.
In Koronadal, South Cotabato, trees uprooted by strong winds damaged a store and blocked roads, according to a report by Jonathan Andal on GMA News' Unang Balita on Monday.In Kidapawan City, Cotabato, a power outage occurred after uprooted trees likewise affected some power lines.In Camarines Norte and Camarines Sur in the Bicol Region, heavy rains caused poor visibility on roads.
In Bulan, Sorsogon, meanwhile, a spillway was damaged by heavy rains, making it difficult for residents to cross the affected area due to the strong water current.
