A GROUP pressing for tighter regulation on vaping products and gadgets sounded the alarm on the continued proliferation of vaping products that have failed the test on acceptable levels of formaldehyde content.
Safe Vape PH particularly cited the continued distribution of the Flare vape brand, which has been banned by the Department of Trade and Industry .In a statement, the group said that vape products from China arrive in the millions and are expected to be widely distributed illegally.It said that to address compliance issues, the product is trying to pass the PS certification of DTI and has submitted new products to a testing agency.
