Seven suspects have been arrested in connection with the gang rape of a Grade 10 student in the City of Naga, Cebu.
According to the report on "24 Oras" of GMA Regional TV Balitang Bisdak's Fe Marie Dumaboc, the victim was found naked on a water tank in Barangay Jaguimit on May 26.
Investigation showed that the victim's classmates picked her up at home to attend a debut birthday party.“Pauwi na so nag-volunteer ang isa sa mga suspect na ihahatid. Pinasakay itong biktima sa motor medyo lasing na. So may sumakay ring isa sa mga kasamahan sa likuran," Naga police station chief Col. William Homoc said.
"Isa sa mga suspect willing mag-execute ng extra judicial confession na dalawa sa mga suspek ang nagplano," he added."Masakit, na nangyari ito sa kanya, nahihirapan akong tanggapin. Ayon sa kanya bakit daw nangyari ito at ginawa ng kanyang mga kakilala. Hindi niya matanggap,” the mother said.
