Quezon: Good Friday will be the highlight of the 7-day Buhay na Kubol for this town's Holy Week activities.Mayor Matt Erwin Florido said they showcased on Friday morning the 'Parada ng Penitensya' , a Lenten tradition where people flog themselves, mostly their backs, using a short whip-like contraption, as penance for their sins.Florido said they were supposed to submit this event to the Guinness Book of World Records but they ran short of time in submitting requirements.
