CONGRESS Center Hamburg in Germany , one of Europe's top five and most modern congress centers, hosted the XXIV Imeko World Congress from Aug. 26 to 29, 2024. IMEKO , or International Measurement Confederation, led the largest international metrology conference in the world. It invited 1,100 of the best and brightest measurement experts to present advancements and issues in education and training in measurement, instrumentation, and quantum measurement and information, among other topics.
Frank Härtig, president of Imeko and vice president of the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt, the National Metrology Institute of Germany, welcomed the participants.He said, 'Our theme, 'Think Metrology,' will shed light on both well-established and new, highly current topics on measurement such as digitalization.
