Four dead, 31 injured as dump truck plunges down hillside in Pangasinan

Four people were killed while 31 others were injured when a mini dump truck they were riding went out of control and plunged down a hillside along the newly-constructed road in Sitio Mapita, Brgy. Laoag, on Thursday evening, March 2.
