Four people were killed while 31 others were injured when a mini dump truck they were riding went out of control and plunged down a hillside along the newly-constructed road in Sitio Mapita, Brgy. Laoag, on Thursday evening, March 2.

A report from the Pangasinan Police Office stated that the mini dump truck owned by Cardon Cabangon and driven by Erick Erames, was heading in the west direction.
