Retired Lieutenant General Rolando Joselito D. Bautista, the former Commanding General of the Philippine Army, recently visited the Headquarters Army
Artillery Regiment at Fort Magsaysay in Palayan City, Nueva Ecija.
“By sharing their wealth of experience during the JTF Marawi Operation, General Bautista and Col. Herrera provided the AAR leaders and students with practical advice and innovative strategies to enhance their decision-making abilities and operational effectiveness,” the AAR said in a statement.
