The event was graced by Lt. Gen. Roy M. Galido, the Commanding General of the Philippine Army , who extended his best wishes to Brig. Gen. Barroquillo for his new role within the organization.The CGPA also acknowledged Maj. Gen. Ferdinand B. Napuli, the Acting Chief of Staff, for his brief yet impactful tenure in the office.
In addition to his recent command, he has held significant positions in both the Office of the Commanding General of the Philippine Army and the Office of the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, which have equipped him with essential skills for his new responsibilities.
