Mitra Sports Complex here.Representing Philippines E, Fernandez on Tuesday ruled the girls 100m backstroke event after clocking 1:07.
'Fernandez said it was such a huge boost to be cheered on with some of her friends and relatives from the stands.The UAAP Season 86 Collegiate Individual Sports Athlete of the Year also added a silver medal to her haul after placing second in the 4x100m freestyle relay with Dignadice, Pearl Dagano, and Aniyah Austria.'It's such a huge boost to see familiar faces, it just really brings so much joy and energy,' she said.Fernadez hopes to add to her medal haul.
