A follow-up operation of the MPD led to the arrest of the 42-year-old suspect,a security guard.According to police, the suspect became angry after he found out that the victim abused his 15-year-old child for a year whenever he asked for a massage.But when the suspect learned that the victim could not be arrested since the crime was committed a year ago and he needed to file charges, the suspect decided to kill the victim instead.
