Generally fair weather is expected for the rest of the holidays brought by the Holy Week’s commemoration, the state weather bureau said on Wednesday. | GabrielLaluINQ
“Wala po tayong nakikitang low pressure area o bagyo na nasa loob po ng ating Philippine area of responsibility, although meron po tayong nakikitang mga cloudiness dito po sa may east ng Luzon, pero hindi naman po natin ‘to ine-expect na magdadala ng malawakang pag-ulan,” he added.
Warm weather is expected to persist in several parts of the country including Metro Manila, which may be the warmest area in Luzon as temperatures may range from 25 to 35 degrees Celsius. In Visayas and Mindanao, temperatures also will range around 24 to 32 degrees Celsius especially in Iloilo, Cebu, and Tacloban, as well as in Zamboanga and Cagayan de Oro. Meanwhile, Davao City may experience the hottest expected temperature, which is slated to play around 25 to 34 degrees Celsius.
No gale warnings have been raised as of now, which means that fisherfolk with small sea craft may set sail. However, Pagasa also warned that sea conditions all over the country may range from slight to moderate, and moderate to rough in the extreme Northern Luzon.
