Fahmi arah SKMM selesai isu mutu khidmat telekomunikasi
KEMENTERIAN Komunikasi dan Digital sedang meneliti langkah-langkah penyelesaian yang boleh dilakukan bagi memastikan mutu serta kualiti perkhidmatan syarikat telekomunikasi menyamai atau melebihi apa yang dijanjikan kepada orang ramai.
“Saya juga guna Internet di rumah, tapi yang dipaparkan memang ada beberapa isu, sebahagiannya teknikal, sebahagian berkaitan dengan bila Internet itu digunakan, waktu itu mungkin waktu puncak ramai yang menggunakan. Beliau berkata selain perkhidmatan berkaitan kemudahan jalur lebar, isu liputan rangkaian telekomunikasi di sesuatu kawasan juga merupakan antara yang diteliti kementerian untuk diselesaikan.’ atau panggilan terputus yang terjadi disebabkan isu teknikal berkaitan perkongsian rangkaian antara menara telekomunikasi, turut diharap dapat diselaraskan antara syarikat telekomunikasi menjelang Jun ini.
Sementara itu, mengenai Pakej Perpaduan Jalur Lebar Tetap yang dilancarkan hari ini, Fahmi berkata ia menawarkan perkhidmatan dengan kelajuan hingga 30 Mbps dan data tanpa had dengan harga RM69 sebulan serta kontrak langganan selama 24 bulan.
