Fahmi wants telcos to guarantee service

“I also use the internet at home but in terms of speed, there are several issues. Some may be technical, some may be related to the time the internet is used, which is probably peak hours. “We didn’t expect it for at least two years, but in just a couple of months, there has already been network congestion,” he said in Sungai Petani today, adding that network coverage in certain areas was also an issue for investigation.

“This is a problem that I have asked the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission to examine further. It may take time, but I believe we can implement a basic solution by June,” he said.
