ID during a radio interview on Davao City Disaster Radio on Friday, March 22, following the influx of 1,314 senior citizens seeking new senior citizen IDs at the City Social Welfare and Development Office building in January.“One of the requirements lalo na for privileges has always been Osca ID. But gusto nako ipaabot sa atong mga senior citizens na pwede man magamit ang atong government valid IDs in the absence of the Osca ID ,” he explained.
