DE La Salle University ( DLSU ) has secured the top spot in the Philippines for five distinct academic disciplines in the latest Times Higher Education (THE) subject rankings, while Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) has emerged as a leader in three subject areas. DLSU 's notable achievements include ranking among the top universities globally in Arts and Humanities (rank 601+), Business and Economics (801+), Education Studies (401-500), Psychology (401-500), and Social Sciences (801-1000).

Furthermore, DLSU holds positions in computer science (1,000+), engineering (1,251+), and physical sciences (1,001+). Meanwhile, the THE World University Rankings by Subject 2025 recognized ADMU as a top performer in Psychology (501-600), Social Sciences (801-1000), and Physical Sciences (1001+).
