The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Visayas Cluster 2 announced that they will be holding a free webinar on how to create a website and develop a webpage on May 19.

Titled “Learn to Code: HTML for Beginners” by Joshua Eleazar Domen of DICT, the webinar will “discuss HTML as the foundation of creating websites and will provide a hands-on workshop to develop a webpage within one hour or less,” part of the FB post said.Registration is at: https://bit.ly/LearnHTMLWebinar

The DICT said that like in previous webinars, certificates will be given to those who will attend online.
