But Crown prosecutor Samina Dhalla said Richardson never told police he believed Antonio Wallace-Murillo was going to kill him during an Aug. 31, 2021, physical fight at the apartment where the good friends were doing drugs. Dhalla said on Richardson’s own evidence in court that the judge should find the killer wasn’t justified in stabbing Wallace-Murillo once in the leg.Article content
