IN RESPONSE to the Bayanihan Fund Challenge launched by Philippine National Police Chief General Archie Gamboa, the Police Regional Office–Cordillera is hoping to raise P7 million to help thwart the spread of the Covid-19.
“The project would not deduct the donation from the salaries of PNP personnel as this contribution is on a voluntary basis. We must emphasize that the Bayanihan Fund Challenge is strictly voluntary with no standard amount of contributions specified,” Pagkalinawan explained.Gamboa earlier stated that this voluntary action is affordable to the members of the police organization.
