Constable Freddie Hartigan has added to the eulogy of fallen officer Rachel McCrow by reminiscing on the time they spent together in the Townsville Police Academy.
“Rachel exceeded every benchmark in every aspect of academy life,” Mr Hartigan told the thousands gathered at the memorial service in Brisbane’s
Entertainment Centre.“I know a lot of our group at ‘44 regret losing contact with Rach, as they started their own policing career,” Mr Hartigan said.
