Blackwater has yet to reach the semifinal round since the franchise joined the PBA in 2015.

We had a whole practice games, and we swept them all and went 10-0 in practice,' recalled the 66-year-old Cone.'Then we started the conference a little slow, but eventually that taught us how to win and be prepared every game,' he added.'But it's hard to get your guys ready for practice game because they see it as practice games. If you get your guys ready for a practice game, every game, you really create great habits for them, and we really saw that.
