The Northeast Monsoon is still over Northern and Central Luzon, while the rest of the country continues to be affected by the easterlies, according to PAGASA on Saturday.In its 24-hour weather forecast, PAGASA said the easterlies may bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Caraga, Eastern Samar, Leyte, Southern Leyte, Cebu, and Bohol.
The Northeast Monsoon will cause cloudy skies with light rains over Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon, and Calabarzon, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains in the Ilocos Region.The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the combined effects of the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
