LUCENA CITY — Police anti-narcotics operatives arrested a Chinese national during a drug buy-bust operation early Friday, Jan. 27, in Calatagan town in Batangas province.

Members of the drug enforcement unit collared Paul Richard Yu, 37, after he sold P14,000 worth of “shabu” to an undercover cop in Barangay 4 around 12:30 a.m., the Batangas police said in a report.Yu allegedly yielded two sachets of shabu weighing 23 grams with a Dangerous Drugs Board value of P150,000.
