A 57-year-old laborer was arrested for a rape complaint lodged by a minor victim during a joint police operations on Wednesday morning, Jan. 25 in San Pascual town.
BATANGAS —
Col. Pedro Soliba, Batangas Police Provincial director, identified the suspect as Francisco Rosales, a resident of the said town. Rosales was arrested on a warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 1 in Batangas City on Jan. 23, 2023. Based on the statement of a 14-year-old victim, she was molested by the suspect on June 2021 to July 7, 2022 and lastly on Aug. 10, 2022.The suspect was placed in a lock-up jail and no bail was recommended by the court.
He was included in the Police Regional Office Reg. 4A’s list of most wanted persons in the regional level.
