LINGAYEN, Pangasinan — Rains dumped by the southwest monsoon enhanced by Typhoon 'Carina' flooded 10 villages and sent 88 families to different evacuation centers in Pangasinan province, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) here reported on Thursday.
LINGAYEN, Pangasinan — Rains dumped by the southwest monsoon enhanced by Typhoon 'Carina' flooded 10 villages and sent 88 families to different evacuation centers in Pangasinan province, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office here reported on Thursday.The PDRRMO said five villages each were flooded in the towns of Lingayen and Mangatarem. The 88 evacuated families came from the towns of Bani, Infanta, Mangatarem, and Sison, and Alaminos City.
