The Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD), and other initiatives like AKAP, WGP, and AICS received high approval ratings for their impact on the financial stability of lower-income families.

Among the most impactful programs is the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program , which 90 percent of Filipinos found helpful, according to SWS. Pulse Asia supports this, with 82 percent of respondents believing 4Ps improves the financial stability of lower-income families.The Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers program also received high approval, with 88 percent of respondents considering it helpful, and 51 percent calling it “very helpful.
The Walang Gutom Program , formerly the Food Stamp Program, was also deemed helpful by 81 percent of respondents, while the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations program registered an 80-percent approval rating.
