Kandil was the chief distribution officer of AXA Philippines. In his new post, he has brought extensive executive experience and a proven track record in the insurance industry.

Serrano will also maintain a close relationship with the Philippines as he continued to collaborate with the AXA Philippines board of directors.Kandil has brought more than 26 years of executive experience in the insurance industry and a successful tenure as CEO of AXA Egypt where he oversaw four companies: AXA Egypt Investment, AXA Egypt Life, AXA Egypt Nonlife and AXA Egypt Services.
