Defining the News

The Manila International Airport Authority is planning to remove gang chairs from the arrival area of NAIA Terminal 3, as it has become a sleeping area, exposing well-wishers to potential dangers from individuals with criminal intentions, especially members of the “Salisi Gang.”

“The space is filling up, with some individuals being well-wishers and others simply hanging around and staying longer due to the comfort of air conditioning,” said Ines. A Japanese national was previously a victim of members of the Salisi Gang. He told the police that his hand-carry bag was stolen from his trolley at bay 13 of the terminal’s north-wing arrival area.
