I am writing about the further intellectualization of Filipino .I would like to say a few more words about it because of my experience delivering a lecture presenting migration linguistics in Filipino .
” Indeed, scholars are right when they said one of the reasons that led to English being a global language is its linguistic economy: it has simplified to the point that ideas can easily be expressed with its vocabulary.The other struggle was delivering it. Although, among my Filipino peers in linguistics , I think I am more fluent in academic Filipino, I still struggled. And I struggled a lot. The script I prepared was only helpful to a certain extent.
