Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant celebrates more restaurants on its ever expanding showcase of culinary excellence in AsiaHong Kong leads the rankings with eight places, including three new entries such as Yong Fu , Ando , and Estro .
Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, sponsored by S. Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, has announced the list of venues voted between positions 51-100 ahead of its live awards ceremony on March 28 at Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore, hosted in collaboration with destination partner Singapore Tourism Board.
Toyama has a restaurant feature in the ranking for the first time with L’évo at No.60, a destination that champions local produce to present avant-garde regional cuisine. This is followed by three new restaurants from Tokyo—Esquisse , The Pizza Bar on 38th , and Hommage . Singapore’s debutants on the 51-100 ranking are Nae:um , serving modern Korean cuisine, and Julien Royer’s French neo-brasserie Claudine —both of which are only just over a year old—followed by the well-established Cantonese restaurant Summer Pavilion at No.86.
