Amelia sudah bayar ganti rugi RM10,000 kepada A. Aida Production Sdn. Bhd.

KUALA LUMPUR: Pelakon Amelia Henderson yang didapati melanggar kontrak dengan A. Aida Production Sdn. Bhd., sudah menjelaskan ganti rugi nominal M10,000 kepada syarikat produksi itu, pada hari yang sama rayuannya diumumkan oleh Mahkamah Tinggi di sini, Jumaat lalu.

Mahkamah membenarkan rayuannya dan berpuas hati bahawa pernyataan Amelia dalam laman Instagramnya tidak memfitnah A. Aida Production mahupun merujuk kepada syarikat produksi itu. Dalam keputusannya, Wai Hong bagaimanapun berpuas hati Amelia melanggar kontrak yang dimeterai dengan syarikat produksi itu pada 25 Januari 2022 walhal bayaran pendahuluan RM3,920 telah dibayar kepadanya.
