Sometimes, I think it might be too late for someone like me or at my age, but the alternative learning system has served as a reminder that it's never too late for anything,' Medel said in her graduation speech. Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon lauded Medel's achievement. 'Congratulations, Jacky Medel! More than a job well done! You make me proud! I'm just sad that I couldn't hand you your diploma. Let's just reenact it! There were too many graduations at the same time.
