North Melbourne coach Alastair Clarkson has apologised to a Channel Nine reporter who he told 'your time will come' in response to a question about allegations levelled at a Kangaroos player.

Channel Nine reporter Elisabeth Moss was at Kangaroos’ headquarters on February 1 to report on allegations that midfielder Tarryn Thomas had intimidated and harassed women when the altercation occurred.

Thomas has since taken time away from football after the AFL integrity unit informed his club of a “new allegation of inappropriate behaviour”.

“In light of this new information, Thomas will remain away from the club while the AFL gathers further information about the allegations.
