The cost of damage in infrastructure due to the magnitude 7 earthquake that hit Abra has reached over P1 billion, the NDRRMC said on Tuesday.
In its 8 a.m. report, the NDRRMC said 1,470 infrastructures worth P1,252,288,371.81 were reported damaged in Ilocos Region, Cagayan Region, and Cordillera Administrative Region.
The NDRRMC said the Department of Agriculture reported P15,264,476 worth of damage, while the National Irrigation Administration reported P4.5 million in Cordillera. According to the NDRRMC, 10 people were reported dead and 394 were reported injured due to the earthquake.
