DAGUPAN CITY (PNA) – Seven rice retailers, among the first to comply with the price cap imposed on regular and well-milled rice, each received their P15,000 subsidy during the distribution at the city plaza on Wednesday, September 13.

"Taus-puso kaming nagpapasalamat. Pababa na din ang presyo ng bigas kaya umaasa kaming makakabawi na din kami ," Siapno said in an interview. In an interview after the distribution, DTI-Pangasinan Director Natalia Dalaten said the recipients were the first rice retailers they monitored to comply with the EO.
