San Fernando City's local government has collaborated with Gur Lavi Corp. (GLC) to launch a centralized voice connectivity integration system known as One Hotline Number. Utilizing GLC's flagship product TeLavi, the initiative aims to streamline communication within the local government and improve response times during emergencies and calamities.

The new system allows residents to contact all local government agencies through a single hotline number, 961HELP . Mayor Vilma Caluag of San Fernando City stressed that the technology is crucial for improving and accelerating communication within the government, especially during emergencies such as typhoons, flooding, and earthquakes.

Mayor Caluag added that the initiative will not only streamline processes but also facilitate easier contact between the LGU and the 35 barangays in the city. The TeLavi App will allow government employees to stay connected with colleagues across different departments. The One Hotline Number project is part of a broader strategy to make the province of Pampanga more resilient and future-proof. It also opens doors for more partnerships and support from both the public and private sectors, including small to large corporations with remote or satellite offices.
