ILOILO CITY – The Department of Labor and Employment said that more than 193,000 minimum wage workers are set to benefit from the wage hike in Western Visayas region.
WORKERS in Iloilo City and the rest of Western Visayas region will receive a wage increase starting Nov. 17.
DOLE-6 estimated that around 300,252 full time workers and 160,795 “kasambahay” will benefit from the wage hike.
