15 areas under signal no. 1 as Jenny brings more rains JennyPH
MANILA- Fifteen areas have been placed under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal no. 1 after the low pressure area east of Catanduanes developed into tropical depression Jenny.
Moving northwest at a speed of 25 kph, Jenny packs maximum winds of up to 45 kph and gusts of up to 55 kph.
