May panibagong barko o bulk cargo carrier na may mga sakay na tripulanteng Pinoy ang inatake ng militanteng grupong Houthi sa Red Sea.
Sa ulat ni Ian Cruz sa GMA News"24 Oras" nitong Lunes, sinabing ligtas ang lahat ng 27 Filipino seafarers na sakay ng MV Transworld Navigator.
Kinumpirma ng Houthi na isa ang Transworld Navigator sa mga barko na kanilang inatake nitong weekend gamit ang uncrewed surface boat. Ang unang pagsabog, nakalikha umano ng sunog sa bahagi ng barko pero agad ding naapula. Dahil may mga nabasag na salamin ng bintana, nanatili ang mga sakay ng barko sa hallway.
