MANILA, Philippines — It is difficult to let go of history makers.
Philippine National Volleyball Federation president Ramon 'Tats' Suzara expressed his desire to keep Jorge Souza de Brito as the head coach of the national volleyball team Alas Pilipinas. Souza de Brito 's contract is about to expire at the end of June, making the Asian Volleyball Confederation 2024 Challenge Cup his final stint.
'Coach Jorge coached the country to a first-ever semifinals stint in any AVC or Asian level competition, that's historic for Philippine volleyball,' Suzara added.
