The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has launched BPI University, a comprehensive learning program designed to enhance employee skills and create a culture of growth and development. Featuring both physical and digital platforms, BPI University offers a range of training opportunities covering functional, leadership, and future-tech skills.

THE Bank of the Philippine Islands has launched BPI University, enhancing its corporate learning program to foster a stronger culture of growth and development among employees, reinforcing its position as an employer of choice. BPI University includes both physical and digital platforms: the BPI U Training Center and BPI U On The Go, offering employees access to advanced training tools.

In addition, the BPI U Faculty Group, a community of employees interested in training colleagues, facilitates the exchange of expertise and best practices.As of June 2024, over 16,000 of BPI's 21,438 employees have completed at least one learning activity, from mandatory courses to leadership and technical programs. These innovations reflect BPI's commitment to professional development as it celebrates its 173rd anniversary.
