Yuka Saso carded an even-par 71 at the start of The Amundi Evian Championships in Evian-Les-Bains, France Thursday.

The Fil-Japanese shot four birdies against two bogeys and a double bogey for a share of 64th place with 19 others.Saso blew hot on the front nine by firing three birdies, before stumbling into bogeys on the 11th and 13th.

She further staggered with a double bogey on the 17th, but made it up with the birdie on the last hole. Meanwhile, Nelly Korda and Brooke M. Henderson shot similar 64s for a share of second, while Cheyenne Knight was at fourth with a 65.
