A woman found on fire in the front yard of a home in Melbourne’s west is fighting for her life while a teenager was also rushed to hospital with injuries.
The woman, in her 30s, was outside a home on Rivercoast Road in Werribee South at about 2am on Wednesday, according to police.Detectives believe the incident happened following a dispute. The woman was airlifted to The Alfred hospital in a critical condition with upper body injuries, an Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman said.
A teenager was also rushed to Sunshine Hospital in a stable condition with upper and lower body injuries, while a man in his 40s was taken to The Alfred in a stable condition.A man and two women are currently assisting police with their enquiries and detectives are due to attend the scene on Wednesday.
