The 15-year-old died in hospital on October 1 - a day after he was found unresponsive at a North Mackay property along with a group of five other allegedly drug-affected teens. Police allege the 36-year-old woman provided large quantities of a strong prescription medication to the six children, leading to the 15-year-old's death.A 36-year-old woman has been charged with manslaughter following an investigation into the death of a 15-year-old boy in Queensland last year.

She was arrested yesterday in Brisbane and charged with a string of offences, including manslaughter and causing grievous bodily harm.
