ATTENDEES kept their health in check as Bonifacio Global City brings back its action-packed weekend fitness fest — FitStreet 2024: The Mind-Body Connection.Spanning three days, FitStreet 2024 saw nearly-60 brand partners hosting free workouts, demos and talks highlighting the importance of a 360-degree mind and body connection, and ultimately enabling all to make informed decisions and positive changes towards their health and lifestyles.
Leading the charge is Nextgen EMS Fitness with their 20-minute electric muscle stimulation workout, perfect for those looking to improve their physical and mental health.Other forms and intensities of workouts were free for all to join, including F45 Training's high-intensity exercises; Bonifacio South Street-based Spartans Boxing Club's boxing classes for kids; and the grand ice bath.
