“Formally bowed out of Congress yesterday,” the erstwhile Valenzuela City 1st district representative wrote in a Facebook post Thursday, Feb. 2. “Took the opportunity to drop by the office of Chairman Cong. Ria Vergara to discuss collaboration,” Gatchalian bared.
