But the apartment appears to be small, have low ceilings, and — with what appears to be only one small window — to lack natural light, Litchmore said. Prior to the listing being removed, the agent for the apartment told the Star that when the owner purchased the semi-detached house, it was already a triplex and the owner didn’t obtain the documentation to ensure that it was up to code.
