But in Australia, quite the opposite has happened.
Rick Cullen, a 75-year-old lawyer and director of the law firm Cullen Macleod, has never considered retiring.The trend differs from that seen overseas and is also being driven by the rising cost of living.about working from home, almost three years after the pandemic triggered an economy-wide shift to remote working.
It’s clear they understand workers aren’t giving up their newfound flexibility anytime soon. But many CEOs are more willing to make the case for the office than they were earlier in the pandemic.
