This, ladies and gents, is Alpine F1’s one-off Deadpool & Wolverine livery, which will be run at the 2024 Belgian Grand Prix this weekend. Looks suitably menacing, huh?
Timed to coincide with the release of Ryan Reynolds’ latest anti-superhero action flick this week, the livery takes on the red-and-black color scheme of Deadpool’s now-iconic suit.Although—probably because Formula 1 rules forbid it—the team can’t also run a yellow-and-black Wolverine-inspired alternative at the same time. Boo. Will no one think of Hugh Jackman?
